Passport Bros Community
1. Subscription Access
When you purchase a subscription to Passport Bros Community, you are purchasing access to our digital platform and its features for the selected billing period (monthly or annual).
Access is granted immediately upon successful payment and remains active for the duration of the billing term unless canceled.
2. Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.
Renewal charges occur on the same calendar day each billing cycle.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time inside your account dashboard.
To cancel:
Log into your account
Go to Account Settings
Click Membership
Select Unsubscribe
Confirm cancellation
Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
4. Important: Deleting the App Does NOT Cancel Your Subscription
Deleting or uninstalling the mobile application does NOT cancel your subscription.
Subscriptions must be canceled inside your account dashboard as outlined above.
Failure to properly cancel before the renewal date will result in continued billing.
5. Access & Technical Support
If you experience login or access issues, you must contact support promptly at:

We cannot issue refunds for access issues that were not reported during the active billing period.
Failure to notify us of an issue does not constitute lack of service delivery.
6. Refund Policy
Because access to the digital platform is provided immediately upon purchase:
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• We do not offer refunds for failure to cancel before renewal
• We do not offer refunds for unused time
• We do not offer refunds for deleting the app without canceling
If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in:
• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent removal from the platform
• Blocking of future purchases
8. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that:
• This is a recurring subscription
• Billing continues until canceled
• Cancellation must be completed inside your account
• Deleting the app does not cancel billing
