1. Third-Party AI Processing and User Consent

Jeffrey AI uses OpenAI’s API as an artificial intelligence processing service to generate responses.

When you submit a question, the text you enter is sent to OpenAI solely to generate your requested response. Where applicable, relevant PassportBros travel knowledge used to prepare the response may also be processed by OpenAI.

Before any information is sent to OpenAI, Jeffrey AI displays a notice explaining this processing and requests your permission.

By selecting Agree & Continue, you give permission for your submitted text to be shared with and processed by OpenAI for the purpose of generating your requested response.

If you select Not Now, your question will not be sent to OpenAI, and Jeffrey AI will remain unavailable until you provide permission.

OpenAI acts as a third-party AI processing provider. Additional information about how information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected is available in the PassportBros Privacy Policy and the AI Privacy Details section provided within Jeffrey AI.

2. Introduction

Jeffrey AI is an artificial intelligence-powered travel assistant provided through the PassportBros platform and operated by Greenwood Global LLC, referred to in these terms as the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us.”

By accessing or using Jeffrey AI, you acknowledge and agree to these Jeffrey AI Terms and Disclaimer, in addition to the PassportBros Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Jeffrey AI.

3. AI-Generated Content

Jeffrey AI generates responses using artificial intelligence technology and information from various sources.

You acknowledge and understand that:

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or inappropriate.
Jeffrey AI may occasionally produce incorrect information, recommendations, sources, or conclusions.
Responses generated by Jeffrey AI do not represent the official opinions or positions of Greenwood Global LLC.
AI-generated content is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes.

Missed flights or transportation
Travel delays or disruptions
Financial losses
Criminal incidents

6. PassportBros and Community Information

Jeffrey AI may use information from PassportBros travel resources, community discussions, publicly available sources, user submissions, and other information sources.

Community-generated or publicly available information may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unverified.

Greenwood Global LLC does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of every statement, recommendation, opinion, or submission provided by users or outside sources.

References to community knowledge from PassportBros users or travelers do not mean that every user has reviewed, verified, approved, or contributed to every response.

7. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

Evaluating AI-generated responses
Verifying information before taking action
Exercising independent judgment
Complying with applicable laws and regulations
Deciding whether information is appropriate for your circumstances
Protecting your personal and confidential information

You agree not to rely exclusively on Jeffrey AI when making important legal, medical, immigration, financial, travel, business, safety, or personal decisions.

8. Personal and Sensitive Information

Do not submit information that you do not want processed through Jeffrey AI.

You should not submit unnecessary confidential, sensitive, proprietary, medical, financial, government identification, account credential, password, payment card, or highly personal information through Jeffrey AI.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have the legal right to submit that content.

9. Data Use

Information submitted through Jeffrey AI may be processed for purposes including:

The text of questions submitted to Jeffrey AI is sent to OpenAI for response generation after the user provides permission.

Any storage of messages, responses, account information, or technical logs will be handled as described in the PassportBros Privacy Policy and AI Privacy Details.

Jeffrey AI information is not used by PassportBros for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising unless this practice is separately disclosed and legally permitted.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use Jeffrey AI to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Promote, facilitate, or coordinate illegal activity
Commit fraud, impersonation, or deception
Harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse another person
Generate unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
Circumvent security, access, or safety controls
Introduce malicious software, code, or automated attacks
Interfere with the platform’s operation
Access Jeffrey AI through unauthorized automated systems
Attempt to discover or misuse private system instructions, credentials, or security information

Greenwood Global LLC may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Jeffrey AI when it reasonably believes these rules have been violated.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Greenwood Global LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from:

Use or inability to use Jeffrey AI
Reliance on AI-generated responses
Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information
Travel-related decisions
Legal, medical, financial, business, immigration, safety, or personal decisions
Technical interruptions
Data loss
System errors or service failures
Actions taken by third parties

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Your use of Jeffrey AI is at your own discretion and risk.

12. No Warranty

Jeffrey AI is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenwood Global LLC disclaims express and implied warranties, including warranties relating to:

We do not guarantee that Jeffrey AI will always be available, accurate, secure, uninterrupted, or free from errors.

13. Third-Party Services

Jeffrey AI depends on third-party technologies and service providers, including OpenAI.

Third-party services may experience outages, errors, delays, policy changes, or other interruptions outside Greenwood Global LLC’s control.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and privacy practices.

14. Changes to Jeffrey AI

Greenwood Global LLC may modify, improve, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or update Jeffrey AI and its features at any time.

Functionality, providers, information sources, pricing, limits, and availability may change.

If a material change affects how user information is shared or processed, we may provide an updated notice and request additional consent where required.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Jeffrey AI Terms and Disclaimer periodically.

The updated version will display a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Jeffrey AI after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where additional consent is legally required.
